A: Yes, we accept guest bookings of 30 days or longer. Longer stays allows us to focus on delivering a premium experience rather than on managing check-ins, check-outs and turnaround.
A: Yes! We couldn’t go anywhere without our furry friends and don’t expect you to either. Our pet fee is $300 per pet, per booking, and is non-refundable.
A: All of the community amenities are yours to enjoy as if you are a resident! Most communities feature an outdoor pool and tanning deck, rooftop grills, 24/7 fitness and business centers, dog spas and runs, and valet trash, and gated parking.
A: Yes, all rentals come with fresh linens, towels, and a starter supply of essential toiletries.
A: Each bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, hotel quality linens, duvet and pillows, dresser, seating and a Roku TV. Each living area has a sofa, chair and Roku TV. Every kitchen is equipped with cookware, bakeware, silverware, bowls, plates, glasses, cups, mugs, a Keurig with starter Kcups, as well as starter dishwashing and cleanup supplies. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and starter paper products. A vacuum, broom, dustpan and mop, bucket, stackable washer and dryer are available in each unit. Utilities are billed at an additional $295/month and include WIFI, sewer, trash, electric and water.
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for your convenience.
A: Cancellations made up to 14 days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7-13 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
A: Check-in is at 3 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m. Contact us if you need flexibility.
